There is minimal use of sub-contractors. This provides you with familiarity of staff and allows CopyFax Inkmate to provide a consistently high level of service.

The service crew has many years of combined experience and continually undergoes training in order to stay ahead of any developments within the industry.

The mission is to minimise downtime for every client and CopyFax Inkmate strives to have the issue resolved within one hour of arrival. Every technician carries a substantial inventory of spare parts and modules in order to ensure minimal downtime of your device.

Should it become necessary to order a part, this is managed by the Service Controller. In order to ensure that you, as a valued client, can continue to work, a loan machine service is offered which is designed to bridge any waiting periods that may arise due to parts being in short supply.

CopyFax Inkmate offers you an extensive range of Service Contracts and Support packs. These are designed to provide you with service intervals and repair times that suit you and also guarantee discounted rates for Service Callouts.
