Is Pricing going to change?

Oki Australia is now 100% owned by OKI Data Corporation Japan and our goal is to aggressively increase our market share. Existing machines will now be more competitive and new additions to the range will launch at very competitive RRP’s.

Will OKI Data Australia be Changing the product range?

This is what we’re really excited about. We’re launching new models to fill the gaps in OKI’s range. In response to Customer feedback. The eye-catcher is our entry level colour printers, these will now extend OKI’s famous Dramatically Superior Colour to a much wider business audience. In particular SOHO businesses.

Are there any direct benefits for the end user?

OKI Data’s direck link to the R&D division in Japan will soon bear fruit in the form of a Lifetime Warranty on all LED printheads. This ia a unique offer in Australia that further supports OKI’s ranking as the number one for reliabity.

What about more partner support?

I can sum that up wiyh 2 words “Channel Plus”. It’s OKI Data’s new channel partner support program that’s launching in March this year. We aim to build stronger partnerships with retailers by way of product training, support, advertising, marketing and rebates. We are spending more dollas on resellers than ever before in the history of OKI.

Channel Plus will allow us to operate hand-in-hand with our channel partners by rewarding acheivement and offering greater profit and marginĀ  oppurtunities.
